How to make a complaint.
Firstly contact us either via email – email@example.com, telephone – 01792457622, text 07752706553, or call into the shop and speak to whoever is there. If you are not happy with that response then you can ask to speak to the Manager, if you are still not happy then the Owner. However please be aware that there is a tier system and you will not be able to go higher straight away all staff are trained to deal with any issue that may occur and it will be highly unlikely that they can not deal with your problem.
Items that are not personalised can be returned within 14 days, if they are faulty i.e. damaged products, or errors that have been made by Makz, or you have changed your mind. However the item must be in a new condition and not have been washed or altered or changed in any way.
Even though we work hard to ensure your product is 100% as per request sometimes there are issues and we will work hard to ensure a satisfactory result.
Spelling, colours, position and other personalisation details are all written on your invoice if there is an error, we will do the personalisation as per the invoice, therefore we ask you to check your invoice. if errors then will be your responsibility.
All personalised items can not be returned if there is no fault of product or personalisation.
Any item returned will be either replaced or refunded.
We appreciate reviews if they are genuine whether they are good or bad. However we will take action on false reviews, we will treat this as malicious and slanderous and will take legal action against those who choose to behave in a defamatory manner.
